Questions, corrections, suggestions — this is the right place.

Marcus Hale IT Administrator & Virtualization Specialist · Lead Writer, Best Laptop Guide

I read every message that comes in. I’m one person running this site, so I won’t always reply instantly — but if you’ve asked something worth answering, I will.

A few things I genuinely want to hear about: if something in an article is wrong, tell me. Laptop specs change, prices shift, and I’d rather fix an error than have someone buy the wrong machine because of outdated information. If you’ve spotted a factual mistake, a dead link, or a recommendation that aged badly, a quick email is the most useful thing you can send.

Equally — if you found something helpful and it led to a good purchase decision, that’s useful to know too. It tells me what kind of content is actually worth writing more of.

General questions & article feedback

Corrections, outdated info, questions about a specific recommendation — anything related to the content.[email protected]

Business & editorial enquiries

Link insertions, sponsored content, and paid partnerships are not accepted. For legitimate press or editorial collaborations only.[email protected]

What I don’t respond to

  • Requests to insert affiliate links, sponsored mentions, or paid-for recommendations into existing articles
  • “Guest post” pitches — all content on this site is written by me
  • Link exchange proposals
  • Press releases and product launch announcements
  • Requests to review a product in exchange for a free unit — I don’t accept hardware from manufacturers

What to expect

  • ⏱Response time is usually 2–4 business days. If you’ve sent a correction on a published article, I’ll aim to review it within 24 hours and update if the information checks out.
  • ✏️If your correction leads to a change in an article, I’ll note it with a “Last Updated” date at the top of the post. I don’t quietly edit things and pretend the error didn’t happen.
  • 🔍If you’re asking for a laptop recommendation, the more specific you are the better — budget, primary use case, and any deal-breakers (battery life, weight, screen size) will get you a more useful answer than “what’s the best laptop under $800.”

Best Laptop Guide has been publishing independent laptop analysis since 2026. Every article on this site is written by me — there’s no content farm, no contributor network, no AI-generated filler. If something’s wrong, I want to know.

Editorial independence: Best Laptop Guide participates in affiliate programs including Amazon Associates. Commissions do not influence which products are recommended or how they are rated. No free hardware, sponsorship, or payment from any laptop manufacturer has been accepted. For full details, see our Affiliate Disclosure.
